Learn to Know How Worth It You Are!

What do you feel that you deserve in your life? When you ask a woman this question, chances are you will get different answers. Some responses are that women feel that they don’t deserve anything, and they doubt that they deserve goodness int heir life.

Deserving something should not be confused with being entitled to something but deserving something means that you are believing in your worth.

When you feel that you do not deserve things, it means that you feel that you are not good enough. Maybe you have made mistakes and even if you have, yes, we all have, this does not make you a bad person.  You deserve to have good things come into your life.

Many women are full of guilt and shame and this causes them to have no self-worth. They believe that they are unworthy of anything good and that they have something wrong with them.

It is a bad place to be in life when you feel like you have no self-worth. Maybe you are told something is wrong with you or that you are not good enough. Maybe you have faced rejection over and over again.

When you get criticized, it causes something in your mind and heart to change. It hurts and causes you to keep a piece of that. The truth is, life does not always give you what you deserve and when you don’t feel that you deserve good things in your life, you will not accept them.

You will learn to make excuses and to sabotage your goodness in life. You will feel that you are not worth anything good and you need to realize that you can believe in yourself.

Take Care of You

You would think that taking care of yourself is not something important, but this needs to be a priority. This does not make you selfish, it makes you selfless.

Have you ever been around someone that feels that caring for themselves is selfish? This is because people take away their control so that they can use and manipulate you. This is nonsense and you need to not fall in this trap.

Taking care of yourself is not selfish but neglecting yourself is. When you do that, you hide your emotions and you allow yourself to become angry and to become a partial person of what you really are. Self-neglect is not attractive, stop doing it.

You have to be the best that you can be, and you can do this by taking care of your body and your mind. Here are some ways you can do this:

  • Make sure you get plenty of sleep each nice.
  • Drink enough water to stay hydrated. Water will give you energy.
  • Eat foods that are healthy and nutritious.
  • Learn to deal with stress by finding something you love to do such as journaling or gardening.

You need these things and they are not negotiable. Women often will make excuses and will choose not to empower themselves.

If you have not taken care of you in a long time, this idea can make you feel overwhelmed or stressed. You need to learn to love who you are and stop forgetting your own basic needs. Practice doing this and learn to be powerful.

Count on Yourself

Make sure that you become someone that people can count on. Do not make so many commitments that you are not able to see your own needs or self-worth. Do not overcommit to things and do not break commitments to yourself so that you can do for others.

Each time you break something with yourself, you are showing yourself that your own needs to not matter. Follow through what you commit to do and if you have to stop doing so much for other people then stop doing so much.

Learn to pay attention to what is going on in your life and mark of the things that you accomplish. Make the choice to know your worth.

Stand Up

When you don’t feel that you deserve good things then you will try to make people love you. You will spend a lot of energy trying to force others to care about your feelings. Here are some ways we do this:

  • Becoming a people pleaser. Doing what everyone else wants.
  • Perform for others and achieve things so that people can look up to you.
  • Let people use you. This can mean that you are talked about or that you are in a toxic relationship.

When you are someone that wants to earn love, this is a bad thing. People need to be willing to give you love and you have to learn that you deserve it. People that want to earn love do not feel secure and they feel scared and like they do not deserve it.

You have to stand up for who you are. You have to learn to earn your love. Prove to yourself that you deserve love and know that people that make you feel bad do not deserve your time. Stand up for yourself.

Set boundaries around people that are in your life. Learn to say no and learn to keep a handle on our life. Stop accepting love that is not real love.

When you speak up for yourself you learn to see that you deserve love and that you are worthy. You will start to see your worth and you will have to live like you do.

You are good and you deserve to be accepted and loved. You are good enough and you need to always remember this.
